TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who is offering the service

The service is operated by Raven Games, a sole proprietorship trading under that name and operating from 333-R Main Boulevard, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. References below to "we", "us", and "our" mean Raven Games.

2. Eligibility

Our games are intended for users aged 13 and over. The rating displayed on the App Store or Google Play listing for a given title is authoritative; please check it before playing. Children's-privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or assets from our games or website, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Modify, hack, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an in-game advantage, manipulate ad delivery, or evade fair-use measures.
• Scrape the website or our game APIs in an automated way without our prior written consent.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour for commercial gain, or in a way that materially harms other players' experience.
• Use the service in connection with anything unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes a third party's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website, games, art, code, music, marks, characters, and accompanying materials are owned by Raven Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for their intended consumer purpose. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

Where you submit content within the service (for example, a name, message, or in-game user content), you retain your underlying rights but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate the service.

5. In-app purchases

Where a game offers in-app purchases ("IAPs"), the transaction is processed by the relevant platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). All IAPs are final and non-refundable except as required by the platform store's refund policy or by applicable consumer law. See the App Store refund policy and the Google Play refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights — including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, and California consumer protections — are not waived by these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, under EU consumer rights or California consumer protections), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raven Games and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the service if you breach these Terms or if continued provision is no longer commercially or legally viable. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive any termination.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence — including, where applicable, EU consumer rights and California consumer protections — remain available to you and are not displaced by this clause.

If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure set out in our DMCA Notice.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
